º. Se sujetarán a la. vigilancia de la Superintendencia de Sociedades por acto administrativo particular del Superintendente, aquellas sociedades comerciales comprometidas en un proceso de extinción de dominio, respecto de bienes como los descritos en el artículo 3º de la Ley 333 de 1996. La Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes, una vez tenga conocimiento de la iniciación de una acción de extinción de dominio, o lo haga en forma directa, le comunicará a la Superintendencia de Sociedades en los tres días hábiles siguientes, el ejercicio de la respectiva acción, cuando la misma recaiga sobre los bienes a que se refiere el presente artículo.
