ARTICULO 108 . EMPLAZAMIENTO DEL AUSENTE. Si por cualquier circunstancia al encartado no se pudiere notificar personalmente, se procederá a notificarlo por edicto. Vencido el término señalado sin que el investigado compareciere, mediante auto se le declara ausente y se procederá a nombrar defensor de oficio a quien se le hará entrega del pliego de cargos y se seguirá el procedimiento hasta su terminación.
