El cargo del Oficial Mayor de la Secretaría General del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores queda incluído entre los cargos de la Carrera Diplomática y Consular a que se refiere el artículo 1º del Decreto número 320 de 1938, y para los efectos de las equivalencias fijadas en el artículo 14 del mismo Decreto se reputará como Subjefe de Departamento del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
