Art 5° Cuando de los documentos expresados no aparezca cantidad determinada, el interesado o interesados graduarán el valor del contrato, titulo o derecho adquirido, para la deducción del respectivo tanto por ciento. La graduación constara en la boleta de recibo que expida el Recaudador. En caso de que el interesado o interesados no hagan la graduación, se entenderá que el derecho causado es de cincuenta pesos ($ 50).
