La Junta Directiva del Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones se reunirá semanalmente en forma ordinaria y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocada por su presidente o el representante legal del Fondo. Para actuar requerirá la presencia de por lo menos 4 de sus miembros.
