- ORDENES A LA POLICIA. La Policía Nacional, en el Municipio, estará operativamente a disposición del Alcalde, quien dará sus ordenes por intermedio del respectivo Comandante de Policía, o de quien haga sus veces. Dichas órdenes son de carácter obligatorio (Ley 4a. de 1991, art. 11).
