Facúltase al Gobierno para contratar los servicios de que trata la presente Ley con organismos con personería jurídica y de reconocida respetabilidad como la Cruzada Social y la Comunidad Salesiana, que se obliguen a recibir y recoger los ni\os de que trata el artículo 4.º en todo el territorio de la República, en la medida en que se vayan abriendo los respectivos Centros.
