Los Concejos y los Alcaldes Municipales deberán consultar a la respectiva Junta Municipal de Deportes sobre las inversiones que se propongan llevar a cabo en la construcción de escenarios deportivos o recreativos; la cual dará su conformidad teniendo en cuenta las normas que sobre la materia establezca Coldeportes.
