En los procesos por injuria es inadmisible la prueba de la exactitud de las imputaciones injuriosas en los casos del artículo 335 del Código Penal y además cuando la imputación injuriosa se refiera a cualquiera de los delitos enumerados en el Título XII del Libro Segundo del Código Penal, o cuando aluda a la vida privada de las personas.
