La licencia de que trata el artículo anterior tendrá una vigencia de cinco (5) años contados a partir de la fecha de su expedición y ampara al interesado para las actividades específicas indicadas en la misma jurisdicción de la Dirección Seccional de Salud que conceda la licencia. Para adelantar actividades diferentes, el interesado deberá elevar nueva solicitud para obtener la licencia respectiva una vez cumplidos los trámites correspondientes conforme al presente Decreto.
