Artículo 30. De la compilación de normas. Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para que pueda compilar las normas de esta ley y la Ley 80 de 1993, sin cambiar su redacción ni contenido, pudiendo ordenar su numeración. Esta compilación será el Estatuto General de Contratación de la Administración Pública.
