Art. 3° La pena de arresto de seis meses á un año, de que habla el artículo 1°, se impondrá también á las mismas personas de que trata el artículo anterior, en los casos de las infracciones 2ª, 3ª, 5ª y 7ª del artículo 325 del Código Fiscal. Las multas que se impongan por toda clase de infracciones á las disposiciones sobre rentas nacionales se harán efectivas en oro colombiano ó en su equivalente en papel-moneda, á la tasa que rija el día de verificarse el pago.
