°. La providencia que deniegue la concesión de prima ascensional o de capacitación y la que determine su cuantía, solamente serán susceptibles del recurso de reposición fundado en la desestimación de un factor debidamente acreditado con los documentos que se acompañaron a la solicitud inicial.
