° Con cargo a las apropiaciones del ramo de Guerra fíjase mensualmente a cada uno de los Batallones de Ingenieros Garavito y Ferrocarrileros Mejía, creados por Decretos números 348 y 344 de 1938, para atender a los gastos que demande el aseo de armamento, útiles de escritorio, drogas y elementos sanitarios de urgencia, servicio religioso, servicio telefónico y otros gastos menores, la cantidad de $ 100.
