De la asignación de la prima técnica. Salvo disposiciones legal en contrario, la prima técnica se asignará por Decreto del Gobierno, previa solicitud del jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación. Los decretos sobre afinación de prima técnica deberán ser firmados por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, por el Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Planeación y por el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
