Decreto 624 de 1989 · Por el cual se expide el Estatuto Tributario de los impuestos administrados por la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales.

NO SON DESCONTABLES LAS ADQUISICIONES EFECTUADAS A PROVEEDORES NO INSCRITOS. A partir de la fecha de la publicación de sus nombres en un diario de amplia circulación nacional, no se podrá efectuar descuento alguno por adquisiciones realizadas de quienes la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales les hubiere cancelado la inscripción de responsables.

La Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales cancelará de oficio las inscripciones cuando se trata de proveedores no responsables.
