Si a la Corte fueren presentados ceses para el registro de reconocimiento en los cuales apareciere alterada la liquidación, enmendado el nombre del favorecido o falsificadas las firmas, negará el registro y el reconocimiento y ordenará que el documento rechazado se pase al Procurador General de la Nación para los efectos a que hubiere lugar.
