Certificaciones. Las certificaciones de ejercicio del cargo de Gerente General de la Empresa, serán expedidas por el Secretario General del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, cuando sea necesario demostrar su calidad. Para los miembros de la Junta Directiva y empleados públicos de la Empresa, por el Secretario General o quien haga sus veces, y para los trabajadores oficiales, por el funcionario competente de la entidad.
