Autorízase al Gobierno para que ceda gratuitamente al Municipio de Cali la faja de terreno de propiedad nacional que, sin perjuicio de la estética y comodidad del cuartel que está en construcción, sea indispensable para el ensanche del puente principal y de la avenida Bolívar en dicha ciudad.
