Toda persona que posea u opere una fuente fija artificial de contaminación del aire, cualesquiera que sea su naturaleza o características, dentro del término de diez y ocho (18) mees contados a partir de la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto, deberá registrar dicha fuente ante el Ministerio de Salud o la entidad en quien éste delegue, sin perjuicio de que dichas autoridades sanitarias puedan ordena;: antes del vencimiento del término señalado, un registre prioritario por grupos o sectores de actividades, señalando plazo para los efectos.

Parágrafo

El registro a que se refiere el presente articulo deberá efectuarse en el "Formulario de Registro" elaborado y suministrado por el Ministerio de Salud para los efectos.
