Sistema de monitoreo permanente de metano. Las labores mineras subterráneas de carbón de la Categoría III, establecidas en el artículo 58 de este Reglamento, deben contar con un sistema de monitoreo permanente de metano y oxígeno, así como con el equipo o equipos de medición. Lo anterior se debe realizar con base en la identificación de peligros en

Los frentes de avance y de explotación;

Los trabajos comunicados con el circuito de ventilación de la mina; y,

Las vías de circulación de personal.
