Para Las Adquisiciones De Combustible El Gobierno Celebrará Contratos Generales En Cada Vigencia, Y La Intendencia Solicitará La Entrega De Él Al Contratante O Contratantes, Sin Más Limitación Que La Que Fijen Las Partidas Acordadas Para Cada Unidad, En Los Presupuestos Mensuales Parágrafo

Para las adquisiciones de combustible el Gobierno celebrará contratos generales en cada vigencia, y la Intendencia solicitará la entrega de él al contratante o contratantes, sin más limitación que la que fijen las partidas acordadas para cada unidad, en los presupuestos mensuales

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan de lo dispuesto en este artículo, las adquisiciones que haya necesidad de verificar fuera del país, en sitios donde el contratante no pueda suministrar el combustible, pues en tal caso ellas se someterán a las formalidades prescritas para la compra de material de intendencia, en casos semejantes.
