° La Escuela de Capacitación Técnica Aduanera de que trata el artículo 26 del Decreto-ley 3297 de 1963, tendrá la siguiente planta de personal: 1 Director de Establecimiento Técnico, Científico y Cultural III 18 1 Supervisor Administrativo VI 15 1 Secretario Auxiliar III 9 1 Mensajero III 4

Parágrafo

El Director General de Aduanas, mediante resolución, reconocerá el pago de los servicios de instructores de materias técnicas, así como el correspondiente a participantes en cursos de preparación. Dicho reconocimiento, en ningún caso, podrá -ser superior a treinta pesos ($ 30.00) por hora de clase dictada, para los primeros, ni a quinientos pesos ($ 500.00) mensuales para los segundos.
