º Apruébase la reforma del artículo 28 de los Estatutos de la Compañía de Financiamiento Comercial de Promociones S. A., "Pronta", adoptada por la Junta Directiva en su reunión del 29 de enero de 1992, según consta en el Acta número 625 de esa fecha cuyo texto es el siguiente: "El artículo 28 del Estatuto Social, quedará así: Artículo veintiocho. El Revisor Fiscal será designado por el Gobierno Nacional a través del Presidente de la República y el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público".
