Lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores no es aplicable a las entidades taxativamente enumeradas como no contribuyente sin necesidad de calificación en el numeral 3º. y en el parágrafo 4º. del artículo 32 de la Ley 75 de 1986 , los cuales se continuarán rigiendo por lo dispuesto en dicha Ley.
