Reserva . Ningún miembro del Consejo Directivo ni funcionario del DAS podrá revelar los planes o proyectos que se encuentren en estudio o proceso de adopción salvo si el Jefe del Departamento autoriza expresamente la información. Tendrán carácter reservado las decisiones del Consejo Directivo y del Gerente relativas a materias correspondientes a funciones del Departamento igualmente amparadas por secreto o reserva.
