ARTICULO 1 º . CESE DE PARTICIPACION.- De conformidad con las normas estatutarias y legales correspondientes, la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero y el Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario -IDEMA, dejarán de participar en Almacenes Generales de Depósito de la Caja Agraria, IDEMA y Banco Ganadero - ALMAGRARIO S.A., dentro de un plazo no mayor de un (1) año contado a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto.
