Para la obtención de créditos, internos o externos, por valor superior a $ 5.000.000.00 de pesos, y para la adquisición de inmuebles por cuantas igual o superior, se requerirá el voto favorable e indelegable del señor Ministro de Salud Pública.

Parágrafo

El mismo requisito será indispensable para definir la política de la Corporación para la producción de drogas y elementos de asistencia médica.
