Cuentas por pagar. A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, las Empresas Sociales del Estado aquí creadas, asumen las cuentas por pagar que tengan pendientes la Vicepresidencia de Prestación de Servicios de Salud, las Clínicas y los Centros de Atención Ambulatoria que hacen parte de la misma, de acuerdo con el levantamiento patrimonial efectuado por el Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
