Vigencia Del Certificado De Cumplimiento De Bpm: El Certificado De Cumplimiento De Buenas Prácticas De Manufactura Vigente Tendrá Una Vigencia De Cinco (5) Años, Contados A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición

°. Vigencia del certificado de cumplimiento de BPM: El certificado de cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura vigente tendrá una vigencia de cinco (5) años, contados a partir de la fecha de su expedición. El establecimiento certificado con las BPM debe garantizar en todo momento las características y condiciones bajo las cuales fue otorgado.

Parágrafo

Dicho certificado podrá renovarse por un período igual al de su vigencia inicial, para lo cual se surtirá el procedimiento señalado para las solicitudes nuevas.
