ARTICULO 95. En los quince (15) primeros días de cada año, el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito mediante resolución, establecerá el porcentaje del producido bruto mensual que corresponda al rubro recuperación de capital que deben consignar mensualmente los propietarios de los vehículos en el Fondo correspondiente.
