º Créase La Comisión De Garantía Y Vigilancia Administrativa Del Sector Público De La Salud, Vinculada Al Despacho Del Ministro De Salud, E Integrada Por Las Siguientes Personas: 1

º Créase la Comisión de Garantía y Vigilancia Administrativa del Sector Público de la Salud, vinculada al Despacho del Ministro de Salud, e integrada por las siguientes personas

1.

El Secretario General del Ministerio de Salud, quien la presidirá.

2.

Un representante del Superintendente Nacional de Salud.

3.

El Jefe de Personal del Ministerio de Salud.

4.

Dos representantes del Ministro de Salud, designados por él.

Parágrafo

La comisión se asesorará de los técnicos y profesionales necesarios para el logro de su objetivo, quienes podrán ser invitados a sus sesiones.
