°. Subsidio Integral . El Subsidio Integral, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 24 de la Ley 812 de 2003, es un aporte que se otorgará por una sola vez al beneficiario, el cual incluye el valor de la tierra y las inversiones complementarias que se requieran para ejecutar proyectos productivos viables de carácter empresarial, agropecuarios o agroindustriales, bajo principios de competitividad, equidad y sostenibilidad, sometido a condición resolutoria en caso de incumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones bajo los cuales se concede.
