MUERTE DEL SEPARADO. En caso de muerte de un Agente de la Policía Nacional que se halle separado temporalmente del servicio, sus beneficiarios en el orden regulado en este estatuto, tendrán derecho a las mismas prestaciones establecidas para los beneficiarios de los Agentes que fallezcan en actividad.
