Procedimiento sancionatorio. Las autoridades sanitarias adoptarán las medidas de seguridad e impondrán las sanciones correspondientes, de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 9 de 1979, siguiendo el procedimiento contemplado en el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo - CPACA, Ley 1437 de 2011, o las normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan.
