Representación judicial. La representación judicial de los municipios de 4a, 5a y 6a categoría por parte de la Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado, deberá seguir el procedimiento establecido en el parágrafo 1 del artículo 6 del Decreto 4085 de 2011.
