Art. 8º Si el Gobierno lo estimare necesario para los cambios menores podrá también decretar la acuñación de monedas fraccionarias de níquel, cobre ó bronce de aluminio adecuado con valor representativo de cinco (5), dos (2) y un (1) centavo de peso.
