Priorización en la entrega de la indemnización individual. En razón de las circunstancias de discriminación, exclusión y violaciones sistemáticas de sus derechos, las víctimas individuales de los pueblos indígenas tendrán acceso prioritario y diferencial a las indemnizaciones administrativas individuales, sin perjuicio de lo previsto para otras comunidades étnicas sobre la materia.
