Créanse Consejos Profesionales Seccionales de Profesiones Agronómicas y Forestales en aquellas capitales de departamentos, donde exista un número determinado de profesionales en esas áreas, a discrecionalidad del Consejo Profesional Nacional de Profesiones Agronómicas y Forestales o donde funcionen o llegaren a funcionar Facultades de Profesiones Agronómicas y Forestales debidamente aprobadas por el Estado.
