Vigilancia y control. El régimen disciplinario especial para los curadores urbanos se aplicará por parte de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, sin perjuicio del poder preferente que podrá ejercer la Procuraduría General de la Nación.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.6.6.7.1 Vigilancia y control. El alcalde municipal o distrital, o su delegado permanente, será el encargado de vigilar y controlar el cumplimiento de las normas urbanísticas por parte de los curadores urbanos.
