En cada contrato se harán de manera clara y precisa las estipulaciones necesarias acerca de los estudios, documentos, personal, interventoría, plazos, materiales, requisitos para la construcción, reglamento de explotación, de operación y servicios, turnos, almacenaje, becas, seguridad y, en general, las previsiones contractuales necesarias para garantizar la calidad de la obra, su terminación oportuna y el servicio eficiente y continuo del transporte, distribución y suministro de gas natural.
