Art. 29. Los contrabandos pertenecen al Arrendatario ó Recaudador; las multas se dividirán en dos partes, una para el Arrendatario y otra que se destina para el hospital de Villavicencio, y le será entregada al Síndico. El Rematador (arrendatario) puede gratificar como á bien tenga á los denunciantes y aprehensores.
