° Los incrementos de salarios de que trata el artículo 13 del Decreto 1321 de 1978, se reajustarán el 1º de enero de 1979 en un 18%, y el 1º de enero de 1980 en un 8%. Si resultaren irracionales inferior a $100,00 se aproximarán a la centena siguiente.
