Es prohibido á los Diputados gestionar asuntos ajenos ante el Gobernador del Departamento. Se les prohíbe igualmente celebrar contratos por sí ó como representantes de otros, con los respectivos Gobernadores. Estas prohibiciones se extienden á todo el tiempo del período legal de sus funciones.
