A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, las emisiones que se efectúen para mantener en circulación los cupos autorizados por el Decreto legislativo 382 de 1983 y las Leyes 34 de 1984, 55 de 1985 y 7º de 1986 se denominarán únicamente "Emisión de Títulos de Ahorro Nacional -TAN-" y se distinguirán según su clase.
