INTERRUPCION DEL TERMINO PRESCRIPTIVO DE LA ACCION PENAL. La prescripción de la acción penal se interrumpe con la ejecutoria de la resolución de convocatoria del consejo verbal de guerra. Interrumpida la prescripción, principiará a correr de nuevo por tiempo igual a la mitad del señalado en el artículo 74 de este código.
