Artículo primero. La Nación se asocia a la conmemoración del primer cincuentenario de la fundación del Instituto Nacional "San Juan del Córdoba", creado en la ciudad de Ciénaga, Departamento de Magdalena, el 13 de diciembre de 1933, y exalta su gran aporte a la formación intelectual y moral de varias generaciones y, por ende, su valiosa contribución al desarrollo educativo y cultural de la región del país.
