Condiciones de suficiencia patrimonial y financiera. Es el cumplimiento de las condiciones que posibilitan la estabilidad financiera de las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud en el mediano plazo, su competitividad dentro del área de influencia, liquidez y cumplimiento de sus obligaciones en el corto plazo.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social establecerá los requisitos y los procedimientos para que las Entidades Departamentales y Distritales de Salud puedan valorar la suficiencia patrimonial de las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud.
