Las mercancías internadas con franquicia de derecho y dentro de la vigencia de la misma, podrán ser declaradas para consumo para lo cual deberán cumplir con los requisitos de una declaración de despacho para consumo ordinario, mediante la presentación de la licencia o registro de importación, el cual podrá ser expedido con posterioridad a la llegada de la mercancía al país.
