Las entidades administradoras del Régimen de Ahorro Individual con Solidaridad recaudarán, conjuntamente con las cotizaciones, la parte de las mismas destinada al Fondo de Garantía de Pensión Mínima del Régimen de Ahorro Individual con Solidaridad y la mantendrán en una cuenta separada representada en unidades del respectivo fondo de pensiones, hasta la fecha en que estos recursos deban trasladarse con sus rendimientos a dicho Fondo de Garantía de acuerdo con la reglamentación que expida para el efecto del Gobierno Nacional.
